HEIMANIFRÅ - PÅ HØGE HÆLE I JUNAITEN
på Kilden Teater og Konserthus i Kristiansand

Den siste tiden har jeg koreografert en teaterkonsert!
Den spiller helt til 1. april.
Et nydelig team på scenen. Et råbra team bak.

En urpremiere, skrevet av Rune Belsvik og med regi av Runar Hodne. En varm, lokal, morsom og rørende forestilling.
Min farmor var en av dem som dro til Junaiten på 40-tallet og min far vokste opp i Brooklyn. Jeg har funnet ut den siste tiden at det er rimelig mange på Sørlandet med samme historie.

A 5 day gathering at BIRCA, where we dance together, cook & eat together and share morning practices, with focus on community, health, conversations and the joy of dancing TOGETHER.

WHEN: 29th of September - 3rd of October 2021
WHERE: BIRCA - at Bornholm

WORKSHOP - GOLDEN JOINTS:
An improvisational practise which is based on a soft communicative physical approach, through deep listening and finding an availability in the body and mind. A goal is to be able to surprise yourself and your partners on the way, and letting go of expectations. A lot of the exercises are based on physical contact, through bodywork, then leading and following. (This will of course be adapted if the Corona restrictions tell us otherwise.). A somatic experience, followed by conversations.
